A Little Cake with a Big Story
Some of the best ideas come from the simplest moments.
The inspiration for our Mini Bundt Cakes began while I was living in another city and visiting a charming local bakery. I remember seeing beautiful little cakes displayed in the window. They were elegant, inviting, and impossible to ignore.
Of course, I had to try one.
The first bite was everything I hoped it would be — soft, moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. At that moment, I thought to myself:
“Why couldn’t I create something just as special in my own kitchen?”
That simple thought became the beginning of what is now one of the most loved products at Tatiana Hoge Kitchen.
Knowing how much Americans love blueberries, I started experimenting with blueberry recipes. Then came raspberry. After many batches, tastings, and adjustments, our signature Mini Bundt Cakes were born.
Today they have become one of our hero products, right alongside our beloved Medovik.
Each cake is baked in small batches and finished with a sweet lemon glaze that perfectly complements the berries inside. The texture is soft and delicate, the flavor bright and comforting, and every bite is filled with the aroma of fresh baked goodness.
What makes me happiest is seeing how quickly they disappear at the market. Customers come back asking for more, and many tell me these little cakes have become their favorite treat.
